In the heart of Marquenterre, the Villa is less than 5 minutes walk from the entrance to the famous Crocs footpath (access path to the sea). In less than an hour, you will reach the sea crossing the pine forest and the dunes of the coastal strip.
It is made up of two spacious and ultra-bright bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. Simultaneous rental of the Cabane increases the capacity to seven people.

A single large room on the ground floor to always be together with a cozy living room and a bar/professional kitchen to simmer good meals or prepare cocktails with mint from the garden, all open to the outside thanks to large bay windows....!
The South room offers a panoramic view of the pond. It has twin beds of 90 x 200, to be brought together if necessary and its second window to the west keeps the sun in until sunset. The East bedroom, on the garden side, has a queen size bed of 160 x 200 and enjoys the sunrises. The high panoramic windows make it very bright all year round. The two bedrooms upstairs each have a bathroom with Italian shower, sink and toilet! Adjoining the East bedroom (with additional access to the landing), a large dressing room allows you to store all your personal belongings so as not to clutter the bedrooms with suitcases.
The exterior is composed of several spaces: at the entrance of the house, a large car park with trees and completely secure thanks to a motorized gate. Once inside the property, you will feel totally out of place. The back of the house is totally independent from the front, so no risk of intrusion. You will enjoy a huge terrace in exotic wood of 120 m², facing south to make the most of the sun, and a shaded garden a little wild, to the east. You will find a cozy garden furniture and a dining table, a parasol for the hottest days and the essential barbecue (charcoal is not provided).
I provide you, in the kitchen, with some basic necessities in order to be comfortable on the first day: salt, pepper, sunflower oil, a few capsules of coffee, tea, sugar, dishwashing liquid, two garbage bags, two dishwasher tablets, a cloth, a sponge, a dishcloth and basic household products. In each bathroom you will find shampoo and shower gel as well as a roll of toilet paper.
As in any rental accommodation, I leave it to you to provide any other convenience that would be useful to you;)
An extension up to six people is possible thanks to the outbuilding. For more info, see the Cabin page.
