Live closer to nature, nestled in an ecological cotton canvas
Designed in organic cotton canvas and decorated in tones "from elsewhere", travel to the end of the world without the constraints of jetlag. Le Tente is located 200 m from the entrance to Marquenterre Park and its nature reserve, making it the ideal hideout for budding ornithologists!
A real invitation to listen to nature, the Tent delights the senses! Open your eyes wide, smell the fresh grass and the sea odors carried by the breeze, listen to the wind and the flight of migratory birds. Only one cotton canvas separates you from the wild life.
At night, it's even more magical! The sounds are multiplied. You can even hear the flapping wings of barn owls passing just above the pasture.

A tent with all the comforts of a hotel room
In addition to the 19 m² Tent , you will have access to a private bathroom of 5 m² with Italian shower and wc. To get there, you will have to take a small path of needles and pine cones. Outside, you can spend pleasant evenings around the brazier. You can enjoy a small barbecue and a brazier for your sunny lunches or your adventurous dinners by the fireside. We provide a basket of wood and pine cones, the additional basket is 10€.
We offer you a welcome tray with organic coffee and tea, local fruit juice, homemade cake and seasonal fruit. Everything you need to make a good healthy and balanced breakfast!
Your environment? Nature all around. More than 800 m of unobstructed view of the Marquenterre countryside. No vis-à-vis, no neighbor (well yes, we, but you won't see us). The pastures with the Henson horses, the storks, swans, egrets and herons which fly over the Tent and offer the spectacle of their passage daily.
The tent is open from April to October for obvious climate reasons. However, even in spring, temperatures can drop.
For the more cautious, there is a small electric heater under the Tent. However, to live the experience to the end, we advise you not to use it unless you really need to. We provide you with additional coverage.
One-night stays are possible from Sunday evening to Thursday evening, by booking by telephone only.
On weekends and during school holidays, stays must be a minimum of two nights.
